CTET Exam 2022 Notification Out, Application Form

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) release the notification for the CTET Exam 2022. This is the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). As previous year, this year’s ctet exam will be conducted online mode i.e Computer Based Test (CBT) Model. As per the notification, The exam will be held between December 2022 to January 2023. CTET 2022 Exam Syllabus

CBSE changed its syllabus in 2021 for the CTET Exam, In this year CBSE will follow the same pattern. There are no changes in the syllabus for CTET Exam 2022. The total mark will be 150 for 150 questions. The candidate should complete the exam in 150 minutes. The complete syllabus is given below.

Syllabus for Paper 1 (1st – 5th Class) (Level 1) – CTET 2022

  1. CDP (Child Development and Pedagogy) – 30 Marks
  2. Hindi – 30 Marks
  3. English – 30 Marks
  4. EVS (Environmental Studies) – 30 Marks
  5. Mathematics – 30 Marks

Syllabus for Paper 2 (6th – 8th Class) (Level 2) – CTET 2022 Exam

Fee Structure for CTET Exam 2022

As per CTET 2022 notification, the candidates have to apply online on the official website of the ctet exam ie. https://ctet.nic.in. The online application process for the ctet exam will start from 31-10-2022 onwards and the last date is 24- 11-2022. The CBSE has given the 1-day relaxation i.e 25-11-2022 to aspiring candidates to submit the fee. See the below table for the fee structure for all categories.

Eligibility Criteria for CTET Exam 2022?

Some criteria need to follow for all the candidates to be eligible to participate in the ctet exam. All the criteria provided by CBSE itself. 

  1. No need to provide a cast certificate at the time of online application. You will have to submit this certificate at the time when you are applying for the teacher job.
  2. To participate in CET Exam, you must have a teacher training certificate with traditional degrees.
  3. There is no age limit applicable for the CTET Exam 2022.
